Apple Grant for Professional Development Final Report

One of the responsibilties of a successful grant applicant is to complete a final report on-line. This can be accomplished by answering a few questions on the form below.

Submit the answers to these questions within three months of the project’s end. If you have photographs that you would like to submit please send them to grants@gffe.org.
